Warehouse Supervisor/Manager

One of our clients located in Canning Vale are seeking a Supervisor/Manager with experience working within the Food Industry.

You will play a pivotal role within the organisation ensuring all fresh products are distributed to their client in a professional and timely manner, as well as overall leadership and coordination of the team.

Your duties will include:

• Supervision of food preparation and production activities.
• Coordination of food production activities by liaising closely with team leaders.
• Ensure that the team meets quality KPI’s.
• Proactively manage your team’s performance including training and coaching.
• Monthly/Weekly work allocation planning, staff roster and scheduling.
• Creation of various reports.

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills:

• Previous Manager/Team Leader experience in the food industry.
• Excellent time management skills required.
• Strong People leadership skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications would be highly desirable.
• Knowledge of equipment to troubleshoot any site breakdowns.
