Staff Australia works diligently to provide a safe working environment. Our policies are supported by a very active injury prevention program.

Staff Australia believes that workplace health and safety is EVERYONE’s responsibility. Employees at all levels within Staff Australia are expected to adhere to our OHS policy to achieve the objectives. It is imperative for Workplace Health and Safety to be at the forefront of any organisation. Staff Australia is dedicated to providing and maintaining environments that are safe and without risks for all our people and the people we work with.

Remember to follow these safety practices at work:

1. Regular Risk Assessments: Ensure all employees are aware of safety procedures and protocols.

2. Proper Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Regularly inspect and replace damaged or worn-out equipment.

3. Offer Comprehensive Training: Provide training on workplace safety, emergency procedures, and equipment usage. Regularly update training programs to reflect new safety standards and procedures.

4. Maintain a Clean Workspace: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of clutter to prevent accidents. Ensure all tools and equipment are stored safely when not in use.

 5. Encourage Open Communication: Foster a culture of safety by encouraging employees to report hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions without fear of retaliation.
