Out Placement

A practical program for team members who are moving on

Staff Australia can help exiting employees move forward in their career. We’ll equip them with the tools they need, and can also provide opportunities for casual employment while they explore the job market.

The Staff Australia Job Readiness / Out Placement Program is designed for employees who are leaving their current employer after a redundancy or restructure. The program is based on providing employees with practical information and tools to assist them finding work outside of their current employer. The course covers a range of critical topics:

  • Employment options and current market information.
  • Resume writing.
  • Job search and recruitment process.
  • Interview techniques and preparation.

As part of the program, Staff Australia can offer interested employees the opportunity to become a Staff Australia casual. This is a useful option for people who may be interested in casual work while they look for permanent employment or assess their future employment interests.
