Liaising with various departments, the main focus of the warehouse supervisor is to ensure Safety is at the forefront, whilst maximising efficiency. Day to day duties will include:

• Develop and motivate staff to achieve required levels of KPI, safety, productivity, and quality performance
• Oversee daily operations and support requirements for the warehouse
• General warehouse planning, stock allocations and movements
• Liaise and assist other state-based warehouses as needed

What do you need?

• Previous supervisor/manager experience in a similar environment
• Valid forklift LF/LO licence
• Strong People leadership skills
• Effective communication and listening skills
