Staff Australia partners with Youth Projects to empower and transform the future of young Australians.

Our recent collaboration with Youth Projects has given Staff Australia the opportunity to think outside the box, and support young Australians to build confidence, find connection and gain support.

Staff Australia representatives recently ventured into Youth Projects’ hubs, to engage in informative sessions about available job opportunities, as we work to cultivate more meaningful connections and facilitate pathways to success for young people across Victoria.

Staff Australia understands that we cannot always utilise a “one-size-fits-all” approach, which is why we take the time to identify the needs and aspirations of each candidate, by conducting supportive interviews and by providing them with assistance during the registration process. Giving our candidates a personalized experience, to ensure that the right person is matched with the right job and lays down some solid groundwork for their future.

Youth Projects has demonstrated significant dedication to their cause, leaving no stone unturned by helping Staff Australia to maximize all opportunities for young job seekers. This level of responsiveness has been pivotal in the success of the partnership. But Staff Australia’s involvement didn’t stop there.

Staff Australia has played a major role in providing ongoing feedback and support to candidates once they enter the workforce.

This commitment was demonstrated in the case of a young individual who was able to be placed a Forklift operator position, leading them down the path to fulfilling employment. Staff Australia was happy to organise the necessary training for this individual and covered all the expenses that come with obtaining a Forklift licence. Today, that same individual thrives in their full-time role, reaping the rewards of their hard work and dedication.

Central to this partnership is a shared goal of fostering employment stability. Youth Projects and Staff Australia work hand in hand to facilitate wage subsidies for eligible clients, ensuring a secure work environment that fosters both financial stability and long-term support.

However, what truly sets this partnership apart is its holistic approach to empowerment. It’s not just about securing employment; it’s about ensuring that young people are equipped to thrive in their roles and find genuine fulfillment. Staff Australia has played a role in nurturing this aspect of the partnership, guaranteeing not just employment, but also overall well-being and employee satisfaction.

This partnership stands as a testament to the remarkable outcomes that can be achieved when organizations unite under a shared vision of empowerment and growth. It continues to inspire all those involved, with Youth Projects’ prompt responsiveness and enthusiastic engagement in info sessions further underscoring the success of this extraordinary collaboration.

Staff Australia remains committed to taking that extra leap, especially in the Australian workforce. We are future-focused when, and where it matters. This recent partnership CoAct and Youth Projects has given Staff Australia the ability to help young people find meaningful work and kickstart their professional careers. We take pride in helping our candidates, by supporting them through the process of obtaining relevant qualifications, licenses, and tools, we are willing to go the extra mile.
