Recruitment Resourcer – Temp 4 week assignment

Staff Australia, based at Acacia Ridge has seen significant growth over the past 12 months and as such are seeking a temp Recruitment Resourcer to join our Acacia Ridge team for a 4 week assignment. Your role will cover the industrial blue-collar recruitment within the team.

You will be working alongside the Operations Team for Staff Australia where you will be given ongoing support and the tools needed to succeed in this exciting role. As a Recruitment Resourcer, it will be your task to find that candidate perfect for our clients, the one that stands out from ‘average joe’ and who will be of value to their business.

We are not your typical recruitment agency. We have a very strong team relationship, where we respect each other, and our philosophy is based on honest and open communication. We treat our consultants professionally and enjoy our outgoing and friendly culture.

Your role would include, but is not limited to:

• Candidate sourcing & onboarding
• Conducting interviews
• Reference checking
• Employee background and immigration checks
• Managing compliance
• Data entry & database management
• Daily rostering
