Senior Recruitment Consultant – Permanent Recruitment

    Staff Australia, based at Ormeau has seen significant growth over the past 12 months and as such are seeking an experienced, self-motivated permanent recruiter to work in our Gold Coast team. Your role will cover permanent recruitment.

    You will be working alongside the Branch Manager for Staff Australia where you will be given ongoing support and the tools needed to succeed in this exciting role.

    We are not your typical recruitment agency. We have a very strong team relationship, where we respect each other, and our philosophy is based on honest and open communication. We treat our consultants professionally and enjoy our outgoing and friendly culture.

    Your role will be to build your own permanent recruitment desk and you will need to have the following experience:

  • End to end recruitment expertise in blue/white/government sector
  • Strong customer service
  • Be confident with business development and existing client relationships
  • Have a desire to succeed and be able to work autonomously
  • Have a proven track record within the permanent placement sector
  • Have the ability to build strong long term relationships
