Customer Service

Our client is Australia’s largest food relief organization, dedicated to fighting hunger by sourcing and distributing food to those in need. Our mission is to provide nutritious meals to vulnerable individuals and families across the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage community partners in the front area of the warehouse.
  • Conduct inductions for new community partner representatives and familiarize them with FBNA’s pick-up procedures.
  • Ensure smooth and prompt check-ins for staff, visitors, and volunteers.
  • Assist community partners with product location and provide necessary support.
  • Manage trolley distribution and ensure proper sanitization.
  • Conduct trolley order audits to maintain accuracy.
  • Coordinate truck driver sign-in procedures and manage car park traffic.
  • Assist with small food drive drop-offs and maintain cleanliness of the front area.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
  • Attend to the front desk and keep it organized at all times.
  • Assist in assigning orders to volunteers for picking and invoicing.

Selection Criteria:

  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 20 kg.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Commitment to teamwork and respect for all individuals in the workplace.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours as per business needs.
