Our client, a leading provider of healthcare equipment and assistive technology for Hospitals, Residential Aged-Care Facilities, Home & Community Care is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to commence immediately at their showroom located in Geelong.

What’s on offer?

  • Ongoing casual role with view to perm
  • Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
  • Geelong location
  • $32.73 per hour

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing exceptional support to customers in the retail outlet regarding products, sales and services
  • Upselling and cross-selling products and solutions to best suit the customers’ requirements
  • Be proactive in developing and maintaining product knowledge
  • Processing of orders and payments
  • Liaising with the warehouse and sales representatives
  • Handle customer enquiries and customer complaints
  • Basic administration and computer skills

To be successful in these roles you will require the following skills:

  • Previous customer service and/or retail sales experience
  • An understanding of the company’s product range and place in the market
  • The ability to multitask and work in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and basic CRM software
  • Bubbly and energetic approach to work
