A fantastic opportunity exists for a Warehouse Administrator with strong customer service skills to join this market leader in fresh produce supply in the Northern suburbs.

What’s on offer?

  • Casual ongoing role
  • Part time hours 20 hours/week: Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday – 3am to 8am
  • Epping Location
  • $41+ per hour

Reporting to the General Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Processing orders and picking slips received via phone and email from customers
  • Preparing driver run sheets
  • Manage Proof of Delivery dockets
  • Invoice and finalise customer orders
  • Raise credit notes
  • Data Entry and maintenance on all client accounts
  • Primary point of contact for customers and suppliers including managing any customer complaints
  • Answering phone calls and emails and other general administrative duties
  • Use of Microsoft Office suite & inhouse system
  • Collating paperwork, data entry & document filing

To be successful in this role you will require the following skills:

  • Proven experience in an Administration role – warehouse administration advantageous
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment
  • A bright and positive attitude
  • Good computer skills and data entry skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
