WAREHOUSE MANAGER URGENTLY REQUIRED- PERMANENT FULL TIME

Are you a skilled and proactive leader with a background in warehouse management, specifically within the construction materials industry? We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team and play a key role in optimizing warehouse operations and distribution in the Glendenning area.

Your Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

    • Oversee the end-to-end warehouse operations for our polymer products.
    • Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of polymer materials and finished goods.

Team Management:

    • Lead and inspire a team of warehouse personnel.
    • Create and maintain a positive and efficient working environment.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Inventory Control:

    • Implement and manage inventory control systems for various inventories.
    • Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy.
    • Collaborate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.

Quality Assurance:

    • Enforce stringent quality control measures for critical products
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Process Optimization:

    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
    • Optimize warehouse storage and retrieval.

Customer Satisfaction:

    • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the construction supplies industry.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and WHS compliance
  • Proficient in using warehouse management software.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia.
