As part of this exciting project, we are recruiting a newly created team of Warehouse Associates to join the organisation at a defining moment-working in a modern facility, handling high‑value materials, and supporting a mission‑critical construction program.

The Role
This is your chance to join a new warehouse team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where no two days are the same. You’ll be part of the first wave of hires supporting the setup, operation, and daily running of a state‑of‑the‑art warehouse built specifically for a major data centre project.

We’re seeking hands-on, reliable, motivated Warehouse Associates who take pride in accurate work, enjoy staying active, and want to grow their careers within a leading global organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this newly established warehouse, your responsibilities will include:

  • Picking and packing orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Operating forklifts safely (highly regarded)
  • Receiving, unloading, and staging high-value materials
  • Conducting quality checks before dispatch
  • Supporting inventory control and warehouse organisation
  • Working collaboratively with a brand-new team to achieve daily targets
  • Contributing to a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment

What We’re Looking For
Essential:

  • Must hold white card
  • Valid Forklift Licence (Desirable)
  • Previous warehouse experience (pick packing, dispatch, quality control, inventory handling)
  • Reliable transport and strong attendance history
  • Good communication and basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
  • A proactive, positive team player ready to support a new operational setup

Highly Regarded:

  • Reach truck experience
  • Experience working with high‑value inventory
  • Experience in new warehouse start-ups or fast-growth environments
