Voice Pickers wanted – Richlands – Day shift

Staff Australia are currently recruiting Voice Pickers for an ongoing casual role based in Richlands. Working with a leading international beverage manufacturer and distributor, you will be an integral part of the day-to-day operations for the warehouse team.

Shifts Available:

Day Shift 5am to 1pm – $33.57 per hour

Job Description

• Accurate voice-picking
• Using ride-on pallet jackets
• Receiving and dispatch operations
• Repetitive heavy lifting of 15-20kgs
• Meeting daily KPI targets
• Participating in team toolbox talks and safety walks
• General housekeeping

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 1 year experience with voice-picking and EPJ use
• Full working rights in Australia – able to work a minimum of 30 hours a week
• Previous experience in a similar role essential
• Commitment to rostered shifts and potential overtime
• Motivated and positive approach to teamwork
• Safety conscious attitude and behaviours
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
