Team Leader

Our client a 3PL warehouse based in Tullamarine is currently looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their team.

What’s on offer:

• Dayshift 7am to 3pm
• $36 per hr
• Monday to Friday
• Ongoing position available with a view to permanency

Main duties will include:

• Leading a small team of warehouse staff (both full-time and casual)
• Stock and managing inventory in 3PL locations
• RF scanning
• Assisting with container unloading when needed
• Forklift driving
• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and organization within the warehouse

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

• Current Victorian forklift licence
• Reach forklift experience is a plus
• Previous Team Leader experience in warehouse
• Current driver’s licence
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Willingness to assist with day-to-day warehouse operations
• Must be available 5 days a week on an ongoing basis
