Oversee all aspects of facility operations to meet production goals, including resource management, production scheduling, and team rostering.
Lead teams to consistently exceed performance targets, driving continuous improvement through regular performance assessments.
Manage dispatches to align with customer expectations and third-party service providers, ensuring strict adherence to corporate policies.
Monitor and report on production standards and KPIs, providing insight into any deviations.
Ensure high-quality, well-maintained equipment and peripheral machinery to support smooth operations.
Maximize warehouse space through effective planning and layout optimization.
Procure materials and services following company policies and operational needs.
Plan and execute inventory control activities to streamline warehouse operations.
Collaborate across departments to maintain compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards.
Recruit, train, and manage staff performance, supporting career growth and development.
Uphold facility and staff security, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Facilitate regular meetings with management and ensure timely follow-up on critical issues.
Enforce internal control policies to maintain operational efficiency.
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of facilities, including parking and container yards.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, resource planning, and operational efficiency.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety standards.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with WH&S, IMS, and R2 policies and procedures is advantageous.
