Your Impact:
As the Facility Site Manager, you’ll take ownership of operations, ensuring seamless production, inspiring your team to reach their full potential, and optimizing processes to deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Take charge of facility operations, including scheduling, resource planning, and team leadership.
  • Motivate and manage teams to achieve and surpass performance goals.
  • Coordinate dispatches and maintain top-tier service for customers and partners.
  • Monitor KPIs and address operational challenges with proactive solutions.
  • Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained to support uninterrupted production.
  • Optimize warehouse layouts and streamline inventory processes.
  • Champion workplace safety, ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and security of the facility and surrounding areas.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing operations in manufacturing or production including warehouse
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to inspire and direct teams effectively.
  • A strategic thinker with a knack for improving processes and maximizing efficiency.
  • Knowledge of WH&S, IMS, and R2 standards is an advantage.
  • A team player with exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
