What You Will Be Doing
As a key member of the Operations and Customer Service Team, you will provide exceptional administrative support in an office-based service role. You will take ownership of credit administration, product return management, and technical support for all company brands. The role also includes handling freight claims, customer queries, and contributing to warehouse functions such as inbound, outbound, and stock management.
