Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team and assist with the growth of our Hallam business.

Key Responsibilities:

As an integral part of our recruitment team your main duties will include:

• Sourcing and onboarding candidates for a range of opportunities
• Running individual and group interviews (online and/or face-to-face)
• Ensuring all documentation, pre-employment checks, compliance checks, inductions and training are completed and recorded
• Partnering with clients to deeply understand their recruitment needs and challenges (no sales required!)
• Matching candidates with suitable job opportunities
• Database management of candidate, client and job information
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
• Achieving operational and customer service excellence, meeting time-to-fill targets and excelling in candidate and client care

About You:

To be successful in this opportunity you will possess the following

• Previous recruitment experience highly advantageous
• FastTrack 360 experience an advantage but not essential
• Exceptional time management skills, attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Driven, self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
