Processing Reach Team Leader

Looking for your next step in logistics? We’re on the hunt for a Processing Reach Team Leader to join our team in Truganina. If you love working in a fast-paced environment, leading a team, and keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and support your team to get orders processed efficiently.
• Solve problems on the go and keep things moving.
• Keep track of performance and make sure targets are met.
• Maintain a safe and organised work environment.
• Train and mentor new team members, helping them succeed.
• Use Microsoft Office, WMS, SAP, and other systems to manage stock and workflows.
• Handle stock issues and make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Work closely with your team to create a positive and open work culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone with warehouse or logistics experience who’s ready to take on a leadership role.
• Forklift License+ Crown High Reach experience- highly desirable
• A strong communicator who can keep the team motivated and on track.
• Experience using WMS, SAP, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• A problem solver who can handle challenges and keep things running smoothly.
• Someone who’s safety-conscious and committed to keeping the workplace secure.
