Process Worker

We’re on the hunt for 10 x enthusiastic Process Workers to join our growing team at a leading biscuit manufacturing facility! This is your chance to contribute to a brand that’s loved across Australia.

Hours: 6:00am-2:00pm Monday to Friday

About the role

As a key member of the production team, your main duties will include:

• Operate production machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Prepare and load raw materials
• Batching, mixing and packaging of products
• Conduct quality checks to maintain product standards
• Follow strict hygiene, safety and food handling protocols
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or similar production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Available Monday to Friday with full working rights
