Process Worker

With over 30 years of excellence in seafood production, our client is renowned for delivering top-quality products. We have an exciting opportunity for 10 x experienced process workers to join the team in Lidcombe NSW.

Shift Details:
Day shift – 5am till 1pm Monday to Friday = $32.22
Afternoon shift – 1pm till 9pm Monday to Friday = $37.05

About the role

As part of our team, your main duties will include:

• Sorting, grading, trimming, washing and weighing seafood
• Loading, packing and moving fresh and frozen inventory
• Processing raw materials and preparing packing materials
• Printing labels and stacking pallets
• Recording and maintaining accurate documentation
• Cleaning equipment and maintaining hygiene standards
• Removing waste and rubbish
• Supporting general production tasks as required

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

• Previous food manufacturing experience an advantage but full training will be provided
• Strong hygiene standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and stay focused on production tasks
• Good communication skills
• Reliable team player who works efficiently and accurately
• Availability for Monday to Friday and flexibility for short notice shifts
