Operations Team Leader

• Casual ongoing role with potential to move to permanent
• Full time hours with rotating early 7.30am starts (Standard hours 8.30am – 5pm)

Staff Australia is an Australian owned business, proudly providing recruitment solutions for over 20 years to the manufacturing, logistics and supply chain industries. An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Operations Team Leader to join our team at the Keilor East branch.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure client satisfaction. Your strong leadership skills will lead operation efforts to drive revenue for Staff Australia by promoting labour hire and recruitment services.

Your responsibilities will include, although are not limited to:

• Lead, mentor, support and oversee team of Recruitment Consultants
• Provide best practice recruitment solutions to our clients
• Recruit and screen candidates
• Manage client orders and job briefs
• Liaise with the Branch Manager or procedures and targets
• Attend branch and managerial meetings
• Maintain accurate documentation and client communication
• Collaborate with clients on OHS strategies and risk management

To be considered for this position, you will demonstrate the following:

• Recruitment industry experience preferred. If you are a seasoned Recruitment Consultant looking for the next step up this could be an excellent opportunity
• Previous experience leading and developing teams advantageous
• Good computer skills including MS Office suite
• Experience with candidate database tracking systems – Fasttrack 360 experience highly desirable
• Confident, results driven and organised
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Experience working in a demanding and high volume environment
