As the Night Shift Manager, you will supervise and coordinate production operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth operations and meeting production schedules. You will manage the production line, oversee delivery time commitments, and ensure compliance with WHS and audit standards. Additionally, you will work on improving site performance through data analysis and help develop the skills and capabilities of the team by driving performance through coaching and motivation.
