MR Truck Driver

Staff Australia are currently recruiting an MR truck driver for an ongoing casual role based in Rocklea.

Working with a leading fresh produce distributor, you will be an integral part of the day-to-day operations for the warehouse team. Our client provides superior goods to local restaurants/cafes, fast-food chains and businesses. They work within a national wholesale network to deliver high quality produce to reputable companies.

Shift:

Day shift – 3am starts – $36.48 per hour

Afternoon/Night Shift – 7pm starts – $39.16 per hour

About the role

• Multi-Drop deliveries
• Weekly roster and pay-cycle
• Delivering goods around the Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast areas
• General labouring (loading and unloading trucks)
• Assisting in warehouse where needed
• Collaborate with warehouse team to meet overall operational goals

What we are looking for;

• Ability to work Monday to Friday – 45 hour weeks on average
• Physically fit
• Knowledge of Brisbane and surrounding areas
• Hold current MR or HR licence
• Work under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of energy and motivation
• Previous experience in picking and packing advantageous
• Own reliable transport
• Available to start immediately
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Work safely and efficiently with great attention to detail
• Safety conscious attitude
• Experience with multidrop
• Able to work an occasional Sunday/Saturday
