Are you a trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter looking for a new opportunity? Join our food manufacturing client based in Silverwater and become part of a dedicated team.

About the Role:

As a Maintenance Fitter, you will provide a range of maintenance services for the site. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working on breakdowns
• Planned and preventative maintenance
• Installations
• General maintenance as required

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Experience as a Maintenance Fitter in a high-speed packaging environment, preferably in food manufacturing
• Welding and lathe experience (a distinct advantage)
• Factory/production background with high-level troubleshooting and fault-finding capability
• Flexibility to manage tight schedules and variable workload demands
• Understanding of GMPs and maintenance housekeeping requirements in a food processing plant
• Australian Perm Resident
