Machine Operator

• Welshpool site
• Must be flexible to work 12 hours rotating day, afternoon & night shifts
• Immediate start
• Rates starting at $33 ph++

Our client based in Welshpool is a highly regarded beverage manufacturing company. We are currently seeking Machine Operators who have experience in the manufacture and production of beverages. This a position with a rotating roster, candidates must be available and willing to work days and nights.

Main duties will include:

• Machine operation
• Quality assurance
• Palletiser operating
• Monitoring conveyor lines
• Production/Manufacturing work
• General labour
• Forklift operation

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills:

• 2-years experience in beverage manufacturing environment
• Previous FMCG experience
• Current forklift license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High literacy and numeracy
• Understand and follows safe work practices
• A high standard of personal hygiene
• High attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions
• Strong work ethic, reliability and honesty

The following would be an advantage:

• Certificate II/III in Food Manufacturing an advantage
• Mechanical aptitude

Must be Australian/New Zealand citizen or Permanent resident.
