Machine Operator

Staff Australia is currently looking for highly experienced machine operators with experience working in a fast-paced food production environment.

Located in Dandenong South, our client is a leading manufacturer of snacks made from natural, high-quality ingredients. We currently have multiple opportunities available to join their team on afternoon shift (2pm – 10.30pm) – $37.90 p/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of the production team, your main responsibilities will include:

• Operating machinery in a fast paced production environment
• Weighing, measuring, and loading raw materials
• Processing and mixing ingredients
• Conducting quality checks
• Packing finished product
• Following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements and standards

About You:

To be successful in this opportunity, you will possess the following:

• Minimum 3 years experience bagging, flow wrapper and/or machine operation
• Previous experience in a food environment highly advantageous
• A strong understanding of GMP standards
• Troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift 15-20 kgs
• Available Monday to Friday ongoing
