About the Role: We are seeking skilled Machine Operators for a food manufacturing facility in Carrum Downs. This is a day shift position, perfect for candidates looking for consistent work with a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Production Line Machinery: Involves batching, blending, and bakery machinery.
• Set Up & Shut Down: Responsible for starting and stopping machines as needed.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Keeping the workspace and equipment clean and well-maintained.
• Paperwork Consolidation: Ensuring all documentation is accurately completed.

About You:

• Previous Warehouse Experience: You should be familiar with warehouse operations and protocols.
• Positive Attitude & Enthusiasm: We’re looking for team players who are eager to contribute and grow.
• Machine Operation Experience: Prior experience with production line machinery is required. Experience with extrusion machines is a plus, but not mandatory.
