Forklift Operators

Staff Australia are looking for Forklift operators for a role based in Hemmant, QLD.

Shift:

Monday to Friday: 6am-2pm $33.75 p/h

The Role

• Operating forklifts within bulk department
• Picking orders using RF Scanning
• Stacking and wrapping pallets
• Loading and unloading trucks

  What are we looking for?

• A forklift ticket is essential – High Reach & Counterbalance experience needed
• A team player with a flexible approach and good problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a fast-paced production environment
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills
• Adherence to WHS standards as well as safe food handling practices
• Must be physically fit, lifting bags of up to 20-25kg repetitively.

  The Person

  To be successful in the position you will have;

• LF ticket – high reach experience
• Experience within a production warehouse environment
• Good understanding OH & S workplace practices
• Ability to comprehend and understand paperwork
• Safety conscious
• Must have attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task Excellent customer service skills
• Fast paced environment
