About the Job

Our client is seeking a Cantonese,English-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a pivotal member of the company, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to Cantonese/English speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and product information in a courteous and professional manner.
• Resolving customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
• Collaborating with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and production to facilitate order processing and delivery.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and orders using the company’s CRM system.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer service processes.

About You

The ideal candidate for this role possesses the following qualifications:

• Fluency in Cantonese, and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be proficient in business to business email correspondence, and phone business conversations
• Australian Permanent resident
• Passion for Asian cuisine and food products is a plus.
