About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality and professionalism.
  • Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and any changes to policies or procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales and customer service.
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Proficient in using computers and relevant software (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
