WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

Join the team as a Customer Service Representative and become the first point of contact for customer, consumer, and sales inquiries within a dairy company. Based in Greenacre, you will manage interactions related to products, deliveries, equipment support, and maintenance, providing exceptional service over phone and email channels. By collaborating with the sales and operations teams, you’ll ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience. Additionally, you’ll work to drive daily KPIs, shaping efficiencies and processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer, consumer, and sales inquiries, offering support and assistance across Australia.
  • Manage interactions via phone and email, addressing queries regarding products, deliveries, and equipment support.
  • Assisting in Inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Drive daily KPIs to improve efficiencies and processes related to sales and solutions-based interactions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literacy with attention to detail.
  • Empathetic listener with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work towards KPIs and targets.
  • Adaptability to embrace change in a fast-paced environment.
