Branch Manager

We are currently seeking for an experienced manager to join our team.

For over twenty years our client has refined their IT hardware asset services, providing businesses with the highest levels of security. Currently they are seeking a Manager for their site in Arndell Park.

Duties include:

  • Lead operations to ensure the site operates efficiently
  • Ensuring quality and compliance standards are met
  • Safety leadership
  • Managing weekly and monthly reporting
  • Managing production and distribution activities
  • Managing resources to achieve production objectives
  • Purchasing
  • Manage inventory
  • Ensuring customer expectations are met
  • Responsible for the recruitment of staff and management of a team

The successful person will possess:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Current drivers’ licence
  • Forklift licence would be highly regarded
  • Ability to lead and manage a site effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Production and planning experience
  • An understanding of stock management systems
  • Ability to engage and motivate a team
