Position Overview:

We’re in search of experienced production assistants to join our marine light manufacturing team in Somerville. As we experience significant growth, we need experienced assemblers to start immediately on day shift. There’s also potential for a permanent role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble various components to create high-quality marine lighting and navigational buoys.
• Conduct product function testing to ensure quality.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Utilize hand and power tools for assembly.
• Operate machinery as needed.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
• Handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting loads up to 25kgs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Commitment to Monday to Friday shifts.
