We are hiring Office Administrator – SAP Experience Required

Location: Huntingwood, NSW
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

About the Role:
A well-established beverage company in Huntingwood is looking for a reliable and efficient Office Administrator to join the team on an ongoing casual basis. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
  • Handle documentation, filing, and data entry to keep records accurate and accessible
  • Coordinate office supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained and ordering as needed
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with organizing company events
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow
  • Assist with basic reporting, billing, and invoicing tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an office administration role
  • Knowledge and experience using SAP
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
