Our client based in Hallam is seeking an account officer to join their team part time. Our client is a leading manufacturer of products such as Towbars for trucks and trailers.

Main Duties include:

  • Reception Relief
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Inventory management support
  • Rating plate administration support
  • Provide support to the Director’s with ad-hoc financial tasks.
  • Occasional purchase ordering

To Be Successful in the role you will:

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • A firm understanding of MYOB (or equivalent considered)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Bookkeeping skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written, verbal and listening skills.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skill
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Excellent telephone manners
