Account Manager

An exciting opportunity awaits a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our client’s team in Canning Vale, WA. This full-time, permanent role involves managing a portfolio of approximately 200 customers, with occasional country travel. A company car and tools of the trade will be provided. Our client, a proudly Australian-owned and family-run business for over 30 years, provides high-quality workwear that meets and exceeds industry standards.

About the Role:

This position is focused on maximizing orders and strengthening customer relationships within an assigned existing client base. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to drive growth, introduce new products, and ensure long-term partnerships.

• Strong ability to build relationships through outstanding customer service.
• An account management -driven mindset, with a passion for achieving and exceeding financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company and its brands with honesty and integrity.
• Develop and manage realistic sales budgets for each customer.
• Monitor customer order performance and ensure targets are met.
• Provide product training and introduce new ranges to accounts.
• Keep the team informed of industry trends, new products, and customer opportunities.
• Attend trade shows and execute special projects.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Identify and close large order opportunities from clients
• Work collaboratively on customer promotions and campaigns.
