Compounder Machine Operator

As a trusted global pharmaceutical brand, our client has continued to grow and is currently looking for an experienced compounder/formulator to join their Scoresby team.

Opportunity available on the afternoon shift which operates from 2pm till 10.15pm Monday to Friday.

Main duties

Your main duties will include:

• Setup and operating of plant and equipment in readiness to formulate pharmacuetical products
• Following production orders and interpreting batch formulation requirements
• Measuring and preparing raw materials
• Manual Handling – up to 23 kgs
• Performing quality checks
• Carrying out daily tasks in accordance with GMP and relevant SOP’s
• Ensure all equipment is in good working order and work area is kept clean and tidy at all times

About You

To be successful in this opportunity you will possess the following:

• 6 months+ previous compounder machine operating or formulating experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
• Previous pharmaceutical experience an advantage
• Understanding and compliance of GMP standards and procedures
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions
• Physically fit to lift up to 23 kgs
• Reliable and trustworthy
