What you’ll be doing
Clinical Review & Resident Outcomes
Conduct in-depth clinical reviews to ensure safe, effective, and personalised care
Evaluate care plans, outcomes, and identify gaps or risks
Provide expert guidance to improve clinical decision-making
Partner with care teams, residents, and families to optimise outcomes
Escalate and manage complex clinical risks
Quality, Governance & Continuous Improvement
Lead quality assurance and clinical governance across multiple sites
Ensure compliance with aged care standards and regulatory frameworks
Support audits, accreditation, and regulatory engagement
Analyse clinical data and trends to drive improvement initiatives
Oversee incident investigations, complaints management, and risk mitigation
Strengthen systems, policies, and evidence-based practice
About you
You’re a confident and capable clinical leader who thrives on making an impact beyond a single site.
What you’ll bring
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Proven experience in senior clinical, governance, or quality roles in aged care
Strong knowledge of aged care standards, compliance, and accreditation
Experience managing audits and engaging with regulatory bodies
Advanced skills in:
Clinical risk and incident management
Data analysis and reporting
Quality systems and continuous improvement
