MIG Welder

Our client, a leading Australian manufacturer of commercial, industrial, and specialised doors, is seeking experienced and motivated MIG Welders to join their growing team. This is an excellent long-term opportunity with strong potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

Shift Details

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
• Friday: 7:00am – 12:30pm

Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of the manufacturing team, you will be responsible for:

• MIG welding tasks across various metal components
• Assembling and constructing door frames and fire doors
• Operating workshop machinery safely and efficiently
• Using a range of hand and power tools
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Maintaining high-quality workmanship and meeting production standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in MIG Welding (qualification preferred)
• The ability to confidently interpret and follow specification drawings
• Strong skills with hand and power tools
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong work ethic
• High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
• Reliability and a strong focus on safety
• Full working rights in Australia
