Due to organic growth they are now expanding its operations and seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate – Shipping. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure stable full-time work within a thriving industry leader known for its strong culture and focus on staff development.
The Role This role suits someone who enjoys variety, accuracy, and fast-paced daily operations.
In this role, you’ll be an essential part of the warehouse team, ensuring all outbound orders are prepared and dispatched accurately and on time.
Your typical day will include:
Picking and packing a mix of boxed items and bulk pallet orders, ensuring all products are handled carefully and prepared according to customer requirements.
Dispatching orders using the company’s ERP and freight management systems to generate labels, process shipments, and ensure accurate documentation.
Using RF scanners throughout the day to maintain real-time inventory accuracy and support smooth warehouse operations.
Operating forklifts-counterbalance or reach (reach experience highly regarded)-to move stock, load pallets, and support dispatch activities.
Being open to training on LO equipment, with opportunities to broaden your skills and operate additional machinery.
Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently to keep the dispatch workflow moving and ensure all outbound and inbound goods are handled correctly.

Valid forklift licence – required
Experience in shipping, pick-pack, or dispatch
Strong communication and basic computer/email skills
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
High attention to detail and safety
Open to training on LO licence in future
