Our Client

Founded in 1980, our client is a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of high quality, uniquely crafted architectural door and cabinet hardware.

Based in Moorabbin, you will be working within a specialised vertical market inside a modern, state of the art warehouse that is currently expanding. As part of this growth, our client is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join their close knit team.

This is a full time Monday to Friday role (7:00am to 3:30pm) that offers an exceptional work life balance.

About the Role

This position is based full time in the Moorabbin warehouse, with occasional visits to the Caulfield South showroom for training or company events. You will play a key role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

We are seeking someone reliable, eager to learn and proud of the work they produce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
  • Pick and pack orders with a high degree of accuracy
  • Configure and assemble products (full training provided; mechanical aptitude highly regarded)
  • Assist with inventory duties including stock put away, cycle counts and stocktake support
  • Use computers for freight bookings, basic data entry and order processing
  • Experience with Mac OS, MYOB, Excel or freight platforms is advantageous (training provided)
  • Apply strong attention to detail as all orders are custom built per client
  • Work collaboratively to meet daily targets and share workload within the team
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and occasionally customers
  • Present professionally during any face to face interactions
