Voice picker / Tugger drivers

Our client, one of Australia’s leading distribution center’s, is currently seeking experienced Voice Pickers / Tugger drivers to join their high-performing team in Truganina.

What’s on Offer:

• 6:00am to 2:00pm (must be flexible with start times, including 5:00am starts if required)
• 3pm to 10pm (must be able to finish at Midnight when OT is required)
• $36+ per hour
• Immediate start available
• Monday to Friday ongoing

Key Responsibilities:

• Voice picking and RF scanning
• Operating a Crown Tugger
• Pick and drop duties
• Restacking and pallet stacking
• Meeting daily KPIs
• Working in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Maintaining high safety standards

Essential Requirements:

• Previous voice picking or RF picking experience (voice experience preferred; must be willing to learn if not experienced)
• Crown Tugger experience (essential)
• Pallet stacking experience
• Ability to consistently meet KPIs
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Physically fit and able to lift 15-20kg
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
