We’re seeking reliable and motivated order pickers and forklift operators to join our fast-paced Distribution Centre based in Dandenong South.

This role operates within a high-volume warehouse environment with strict KPIs, requiring strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to safety.

Shift Details

• Day Shift: between 5:00am – 4:00pm (must be flexible for afternoon shift when needed)
• Monday to Friday (3 days per week on commencement for training)
• Pay rate: $44 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Voice picking orders
• Operating electric tugger / wave rider
• High reach forklift operation (if LF licence held & experienced)
• Stacking, wrapping, and moving pallets
• Inventory control and stock replenishment
• Picking and order selection
• General warehouse duties as required
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Mandatory: Prior experience with voice picking systems in a Distribution Centre environment
• LF Forklift Licence (highly preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years’ recent warehouse experience, including voice picking
• Inventory experience
• Ability to provide a recent reference to verify experience
• Confidence using tuggers and warehouse equipment
• Physically fit – capable of repetitive lifting up to 20kg and being on your feet all day
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and commitment to safety
• Ability to meet and exceed strict KPI targets
• Full working rights and availability for long-term work, with potential for permanent placement
