We are seeking a Spare Parts Coordinator to support our service operations by ensuring the accurate and timely availability of parts for reactive service calls, planned maintenance, and equipment installations.
Based in a fast-paced service environment, you will play a critical role in minimising downtime and supporting field technicians to ensure clients receive exceptional service when they need it most. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your key responsibilities will include, although are not limited to:
Managing inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy and availability of critical spare parts
Raising purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and monitoring lead times to ensure timely delivery
Coordinating parts allocation and dispatch to field technicians for service and installation jobs
Reading basic schematics and component layouts to accurately identify required parts (automotive/trade background highly desirable)
Managing supplier relationships, including warranty claims, returns, credits, and supplier agreements Organising freight and logistics to ensure correct and timely dispatch of parts
Maintaining accurate records within ERP or service management systems
Monitoring costs, identifying savings opportunities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
To be considered for this role you will have:
Ability to read basic schematics and understand component layouts
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to perform under pressure in a busy service environment
Confident communication skills when liaising with technicians, suppliers, and internal teams
Experience in spare parts, inventory management, warehousing, or service coordination
Experience using ERP or service management software (desirable)
Background in maintenance, healthcare equipment, facilities, HVAC, or similar industries (desirable)
Understanding of warranties and supplier agreements (desirable)
