What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
• Developing and maintaining client relationships
• Taking job briefs and sourcing top talent
• Interviewing, shortlisting, and presenting candidates
• Managing offers and negotiations
• Growing your own client base through proactive BD
