The Role As the PM Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end night warehouse operation, ensuring freight is received, loaded, dispatched, and managed safely, efficiently, and on time.
This role requires a visible leader who can effectively manage people, processes, productivity, and safety while maintaining exceptional service standards.
You will play a key role in driving operational performance while ensuring the night shift team remains engaged, accountable, and focused on achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Lead all night shift loading and warehouse activities
Ensure freight is loaded accurately and dispatched on schedule
Coordinate inbound and outbound freight operations
Monitor operational performance and service levels
Identify and resolve operational issues proactively
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
People Leadership
Lead, coach, mentor, and develop warehouse personnel
Build a positive and high-performance team culture
Manage employee performance and accountability
Conduct training and onboarding for new employees
Maintain strong communication across all levels of the business
Implement initiatives to improve efficiency and performance
Safety & Compliance
Champion workplace health and safety
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Promote safe work practices across the warehouse
Conduct regular audits and safety reviews
Maintain operational accuracy and process discipline
About You
