Mobile Plant Operator

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Operator to join a busy resource recovery facility in Queensland. This hands on role is ideal for someone with a background in quarrying, crushing, screening, or recycling operations, who enjoys working with machinery in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

Hours:

Day shift – 6:00 am starts Monday to Friday + OT as required

Key Responsibilities:

As part of the team, your main responsibilities will include:

• Operate excavators with pulveriser attachments for processing materials
• Operate loaders and excavators to feed impact crushers efficiently
• Manage materials around the site safely and accurately
• Conduct pre-start and safety checks on all plant machinery
• Assist with general site operations, including loading, stockpiling, and site clean-up
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• General warehousing duties as required

About You:

To be successful in this opportunity you will possess the following:

• Current Australian white card and excavator ticket
• Proven experience operating excavators, loaders, and other mobile plant machinery
• Background in quarrying, crushing and screening, or recycling operations
• Strong focus on safety and operational efficiency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Available Monday to Friday with full working rights
• Reliable, motivated, and physically capable
