Inventory Controller

Located in Dandenong South, our client is a leading manufacturer of snacks made from natural, high quality ingredients. We currently have multiple opportunities available to join their team on night shift!

Night shift: 10pm – 6:30am $43 p/hr.

This is a hands-on operational role that requires a balance of physical material handling and system-based tasks. While exposure to computers and SAP is highly regarded, training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Physical movement of materials in and out of production areas
• Inventory counting within production environments
• Labelling and stacking of part pallets
• Material checks and validation
• Processing material adjustments within internal systems
• Data entry, including manning and production inputs
• Supporting minor investigations into material variances and usage discrepancies
• Assisting the warehouse team with material handling and coordination
• Physical and system-based staging of materials
• Supporting stocktakes across warehouse and production
• Working closely with Shift Managers and the Warehouse team to ensure smooth operations

About You

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
• Comfortable with both physical tasks and administrative/system work
• Basic computer skills; SAP experience advantageous but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work effectively on night shift
• A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
