About the Company

Our client is a well-established and growing organisation within the security products and distribution industry. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift & Dispatch Operator to join their team in Melbourne Airport.

The Role

Working as part of a busy warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, processed and dispatched accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners
• Process and dispatch orders through ERP and freight systems
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate forklifts (Reach and Counterbalance)
• Move stock throughout the warehouse
• Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse presentation
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

About You

• Current Forklift Licence (essential)
• High Reach Forklift experience (essential)
• Previous experience in dispatch, warehousing or logistics
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable, punctual and safety focused
